5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

You may request reimbursement for services within 14 days of purchase if no service components have been provided or activated. Reimbursement will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Certain personalized or fully executed services are not reimbursable due to the effort and resources committed upon order confirmation. In such cases, no reimbursement will be issued, and this is necessary to compensate for the delivered work.

Service credits may be transferable to another schedule or user upon written request and approval, subject to availability.

5.2 Information Products

Information products may be eligible for reimbursement within 7 days of access if the download link has not been used. Once the product is downloaded, eligibility for reimbursement ends. Approved reimbursements will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

5.3 Goods

Physical items may be shipped back for reimbursement within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Reimbursement for goods will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the shipped back item, typically within 10 business days. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

6. Modifications to Terms

Balanvia reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on balanvia.com and become effective upon posting. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable federal regulations of Canada.
